Ticket policies

Policies in effect:

Late
seating

We recommend that patrons arrive at the Auditorium half an hour prior to event start time and be seated prior to event starting. Patrons arriving late or needing to be reseated after an event has begun will be seated or re-seated at an appropriate break in the event, as per the client who is producing the event. This can result in missing large portions of the event, so please, give yourself plenty of time for parking, arrival and seating.

Lost
tickets

If your tickets have been misplaced or stolen, please contact the UVic Ticket Centre directly, at 250.721.8480 or ticket@uvic.ca, prior to the performance.

Order
fee

Online sales:
An order fee of $2.50 will be charged on each order, up to a maximum of ten tickets. This fee includes the service of your tickets, and parking pass, if applicable, being mailed to your home or office. Please note that on those purchases made within six days of performance date, tickets will be held at the UVic Ticket Centre for pickup during regular office hours or prior to the event.
In-person and telephone sales:

Scent-free
environment

The University Centre Farquhar Auditorium is a scent-free environment. Thank you for your co-operation in adhering to this policy.
